Description of works: Onyx provided a complete ground works package for 11 high spec homes.
The site was originally green field we carried out topsoil strip, formed the roads, dug & poureds trip foundations, carried out all works below DPC.
We carried out offsite sewer connections for foul and storm water and carried main drainage through entire site, right through to all finishings including block paved driveways and patios
